Makes recommendations, prioritizes drafting work, and acts as advisor to other drafters on advanced methods and techniques. Additionally, Drafter IV may require an associates degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Drafter IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
