Group Branch Director Salary in Oklahoma

Group Branch Director oversees a retail branch network's financial and service performance for a geographic area. Establishes the strategy, goals, and performance levels required to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Director monitors and analyzes financial and customer metrics to understand needs, identify issues, and target the proper resources needed to achieve goals for each branch in the network. Supports a relationship-building sales culture and standards for exceptional customer service using coaching, training, and incentives.
