Participates in and serves as a resource to quality improvement committees. Being a Head Nurse - Quality Improvement - Home Care tracks and analyzes trends and outcome reports and advises management on areas to improve upon. May be responsible to ensure all institute or government regulations are adhered to. Additionally, Head Nurse - Quality Improvement - Home Care requires a bachelor's degree.
