HR Business Partners Director directs human resources consultation and support to business units. Ensures programs are in place to cultivate the support, guidance, and development of human resources business partners. Being an HR Business Partners Director oversees the development of procedures to analyze trends and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Leads the development and coordination of initiatives, communication, and events with human resources business partners managers and supervisors. Additionally, HR Business Partners Director typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The HR Business Partners Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
