Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and processes necessary paperwork. Being an HR Service Center Representative II resolves matters pertaining to employee benefit programs, including life, health, disability insurance, medical/dependent care spending accounts, COBRA, income continuance, and other paid time off as well as retirement and pension plans.
