Represents the organization in legal hearings on labor issue and with labor governing bodies. Additionally, Labor Relations Specialist IV makes recommendations for changes to existing policies to ensure compliance with new or proposed regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
