Performs project research, boundary calculations, and records accuracy of survey data, notes, and sketches. Being a Land Surveyor III may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. May have to complete an apprenticeship, and/or formal training in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Surveyor III typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
