Plant Maintenance Manager directs the maintenance programs and processes of the assigned plant(s) to ensure timely and effective production. Coordinates with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new equipment installation. Being a Plant Maintenance Manager oversees facilities design and inspection, equipment repair and installation. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Plant Maintenance Manager typically reports to a head of unit/department. The Plant Maintenance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
