Being a Process Engineering Director leads engineering projects, incorporates newest technologies, resolves engineering problems, approves process designs. Requires a bachelor's degree of engineering. Additionally, Process Engineering Director typically reports to top management. The Process Engineering Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
