Recruiting Senior Supervisor supervises the activities to attract, evaluate, and refer candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Ensures policies and procedures are followed and ensures positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Being a Recruiting Senior Supervisor reviews and approves job advertisements and maintains relationships with schools, agencies, and participates in career fairs. Evaluates resumes/applications and participates in interview panels. Additionally, Recruiting Senior Supervisor reviews and approves employment offers and participates in the onboarding of new hires.
