Speech and Language Pathologist - Home Care in a home care environment, diagnoses and treats speech and language problems, and engages in scientific study of human communication. Speech disorders treated include stuttering, voice disorders, articulation, injury, and problems associated with other speech impairments. Additionally, Speech and Language Pathologist - Home Care requires a master's degree of speech-language pathology. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. May require a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology (CCC). May require to meet certain state licensing requirements.
