Additionally, Talent Acquisition Specialist IV reviews resumes and contacts candidates to ascertain fit and interest and refers to hiring managers as appropriate. Extends offers and negotiates compensation. May participate in onboarding and facilitate new employee orientation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or director.
