Performs maneuvers and procedures to test features or modifications. Additionally, Senior Test Pilot may pilot demonstrations for officials or customers. May require a bachelor's degree. Requires FAA Commercial Pilot's License with necessary ratings. Typically reports to a manager. The Senior Test Pilot work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
