Has significant input into acquisition strategy and is responsible for overall profitability of the portfolio. Additionally, Vice President of Residential Property Management may support marketing and investor relations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent. Typically reports to top management. The Vice President of Residential Property Management manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.
