1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams in Northern Delaware. We are proud to be the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service for over 30 years, known for our professional, friendly team members and our exceptional service. Say goodbye to the same old warehouse and construction work!

Truck Team Member – General Labor / Driver / Customer Service

• Starting pay (Drivers): $13.50/hr + tips and monthly bonuses (avg $15.50+ within first year!)
• Starting pay (Non-drivers): $13/hr + tips and monthly bonuses (avg $15+ within first year!)
• Hours: Hours vary daily. We operate 7 days/week, and our Truck Team Members work 4 days per week, averaging 35-40 hrs with the possibility of overtime
• Location: Each shift starts at one of our various trucks stationed throughout South Jersey
• Benefits: 
  • Health reimbursement program reimburses up to $250/month for qualified health insurance premiums and medical expenses
  • Employee Referral Program rewards current employees with a $300 bonus when they refer a new employee, and that new employee remains with the company for 60 days.

About the position:

• Each shift starts at one of our various truck locations throughout Northern Delaware
• Hours will vary daily depending on the needs of the business (Truck Team Members currently averaging 35-40 hours/week with 4 day work week)
• You’ll be matched up with your truck team partner and given your service route for the day
• You’ll bring your positive attitude to customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces
• You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities

Qualifications:

• 21+ years of age for Driver positions (insurance purposes). 19+ for non-drivers.
• Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• Reliable, hard-working, and a positive attitude!
• Physically able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous physical labor, customer service, sales, and/or driving experience a plus!
