1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for a Junior Operations Manager to join our growing team! You will be learning how to manage our fleet of trucks, customer service, sales skills and different management systems while gaining knowledge and skills that will prove valuable to you in your future. We are open seven days a week and looking for a full-time candidate with availability on the weekends. The position will be split both inside and outside the office. 2 – 3 days spent in the office managing the fleet, and 2 – 3 days spent in the field. The right candidate is an outgoing, self-managing, people person that is not easily distracted.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to 


• Leading, Managing and being held Accountable for daily operations of fleet & customers
• Completing financials of previous days services
• Following up with customers whom still need our services
• Closing sales opportunities that are beyond realm of field team
• Being a team player and helping out in the field
• Providing up-front customer service and on-site sales 
• Enforcing uniform standards on daily basis
• Ability to lift heavy items when necessary

• Hourly pay depending on skills and experience

Requirements
 
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years (anything else will not be considered)
• Availability for weekends is a must
• Must be a timely, organized, self-managing individual with excellent communication both written and verbally
