1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring immediately for Truck Team Members.  We are proud to be the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service for over 30 years and to offer great people the opportunity to grow and develop with us. Our Truck Team Members learn a wide variety of skills including customer service, sales, and marketing, while also providing amazing relief to our customers and environment.

Truck Team Member - General Labor, Driver & Customer Service

  • Starting pay (Drivers): $13.50/hr + daily tips, monthly bonuses, and other incentives (all-in, most see this avg. $13.50-$15.50/hr).
  • Starting pay (Non-drivers): $13/hr + daily tips, monthly bonuses, and other incentives (all-in, most see this avg. $13-$15/hr).
  • Hours: Hours vary daily. We operate 7 days/week from 7AM - 8AM and our Truck Team Members work 4 days/week, averaging 35-40 hrs
  • Location: Each shift starts at one of our various truck locations throughout Northern Delaware
With 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, each day is different from the next. You’ll be matched up with team members and travel around to different areas of Delaware in our awesome shiny blue trucks! You'll visit our customers’ homes or businesses to provide our "No Contact Junk Removal Service" and take away their unwanted items, leaving smiles on their faces. We are committed to being environmentally friendly by recycling, donating and for keeping as much out of landfills as possible.

Qualifications:
  • 21+ years of age for Driver positions (insurance purposes) 19+ for Non-driver positions
  • A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
  • Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude!
  • Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience a plus (but not required)
  • Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
