1-800-GOT-JUNK? is looking for Customer Service-focused individuals to join our Truck Teams. We make the ordinary business of junk removal exceptional. We are proud to be the leaders of our industry, and we recognize that every member of our team is a vital contributor to our success. 

Customer Service Truck Team Specialist - Sales, Customer Service, Driver & Junk Removal
Pay: $12-$16/hr (all-in with base pay, bonuses, and tips). Overtime available. Eligible for quarterly raises. $600 Sign-on bonus after 3 months.
Now Hiring Full-Time (4-day work week / 10hr days). 

As junk removal is covered as an essential service, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has adjusted its service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal”. We take measures to ensure our team members have access to the recommended precautions and enforce our safety focus areas of healthy teams, physical distance, safety equipment, and training.

We’re looking for happy, hardworking, physically fit and responsible individuals to join our Truck Teams. What you'll be doing:

• You'll use your exceptional customer service skills to WOW customers!
• You’ll be matched with your truck team crew for the day and out in our clean, shiny trucks visiting local properties and businesses to take away their unwanted items.
• You’ll be following the safety training and wear all provided gear (uniform, safety gloves & boots) and following the “No Contact Junk Removal” systems.
• You’ll remove, load, and sort items so we can dispose of, recycle or donate (we’re committed to reducing waste).
• You’ll ensure the job order is completed as required and offer opportunities for additional disposal services.
• You’ll work efficiently with the team to stay on schedule.
• You'll conclude each job leaving customers happy with the great work you've done.

To qualify, candidates must have:

• A positive, friendly attitude and great communication skills
• Must be 18+ for Non-Driver positions and 21+ for Driver positions (for insurance purposes)
• Drivers' require a valid standard driver's license and 3 years of clean driving
• Physically able to lift 75lbs repeatedly
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience an asset
