What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Create and maintain trusting relationships with Truck Team Members. 
  • Continuously analyze and assess key training and development needs for our Truck Team Members
  • Go out on the trucks to identify skills gaps
  • Create development plans for each individual Truck Team Member which includes the use of SMART goals. 
  • Monitor Truck Team Members’ progress and ensure everyone has the opportunity to become a top performer. 
  • Train onboarding employees 
  • Be awesome and have fun!

What you'll bring to the table:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning & Development role
  • Proven experience with instructional design methodologies (E.g ADDIE) and training program development
  • Experience applying adult learning theory and principles in the development of learning materials for a wide range of audiences 
  • Experience facilitating needs analysis discussions with Managers to determine learning outcomes and needs
  • Exceptional communication and team-building skills
  • Previous experience with facilitation / delivering in-person training is an asset
  • Previous experience with mobile and/or e­-learning platforms is an asset
  • Previous project management experience specifically related to learning and development projects is an asset
  • Certification and/or specialized training in adult learning principles or instructional design preferred
