10Pearls is seeking a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join the rapidly growing digital innovation company. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have immediate impact on the growth and scale of 10Pearls by identifying and developing new business through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts. The SDR builds and maintains sales pipeline by identifying qualifying opportunities, establishing, developing, and growing new business relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and utilizing and leveraging internal and external technologies to prioritize and manage leads effectively.
Responsibilities:
Implementation and deployment of communication tactics to qualify / disqualify prospects
Coordinate outbound prospecting to include researching accounts using various digital and social media tools to identify key players to build prospect lists
Grow influential contacts within target accounts
Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
Learn and understand the client’s drivers, pain points, and challenges
Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects to create new leads and sales openings
Requirements:
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with public speaking experience
Ability to learn new software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate
Understanding of commercial awareness and brand recognition to successfully establish rapport with prospects
