10PEARLS Salesforce Marketing Cloud Project Manager Salary in the United States

10Pearls is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to join our award-winning team in delivering innovative technology solutions spanning mobile, enterprise web and gamification. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual, with a good technical understanding of web and mobile applications; has strong experience in leading teams on internal / external facing products and projects; and interacting with stakeholders, design, and technical team members to get things done.   

We are looking for well-rounded candidates with experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud along with project management experience. Experience in a technology services company and working closely with an offshore development team is a strong plus.  

Responsibilities:  

• Interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders and influence proposition design decisions  

• Communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion 

• Communicate, set, and manage client expectations to ensure a positive customer journey   

• Work cross functionally with senior leadership, design, and other product management teams 

• Develop and manage complex marketing automation campaigns  

• Guide the implementation and provide oversight for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and adhere to best practices 

• Oversee the import and export of data in SFMC, building of journeys, and deployment of emails 

• Monitor and troubleshoot automations in SFMC 

• Perform kick-off meetings, sends out weekly status updates, and other necessary summaries and updates 

• Understand and validate the details of deliverables as provided by project resources 

• Participate in pre-sales support activities such as scoping proposed solutions, resources and risk analysis  

• Evaluate existing project management processes and drives continuous improvement practices; develops clear, efficient and repeatable processes  

Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years’ experience with Salesforce with direct experience guiding the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

• Previous Project Management experience preferred 

• Experience working with offshore development and test resources is highly desirable  

• Experience working on teams using agile development techniques  

• Experience with Agile and Jira  

• Some marketing experience a plus 

• Salesforce Administrator certification a plus 

• Experience working with product management, engineering, and external parties to design and develop technology solutions.  

• Experience working with enterprise-level clients/customers
