About the role:

We're seeking a Product Designer (hiring at multiple levels) to design software and web experiences that help scientists make important discoveries, faster. You’ll get the opportunity to design our Cloud Analysis product, build data visualizations and tools, and work with a multidisciplinary group of engineers, biologists, roboticists, and more.

What you will be doing:

• Drive the design of impactful features that customers love.
• Work on a day-to-day basis with engineering, product management, and QA to build and launch high quality features.
• Create iterative concepts and designs in Figma.
• Gather user requirements (features, usability considerations, pain points) and conduct user research sessions.
• Take part in crafting strategy and roadmap across our software portfolio, and defining how design should evolve to achieve product success.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• You enjoy working on complex UX challenges. If you enjoy figuring out complex workflows that can’t be simply copied and pasted from another site/app, this is a good place for you.
• You have a generalist skill set and love to learn and share new things.
• You think design extends beyond just the screen, and enjoy thinking about holistic user workflows.
