Job Summary
 
This entry level position is responsible for ensuring receipt, entry, and delivery of leads generated from our marketing campaigns.  These leads are a key component in helping our clients grow their businesses.  This position is part of the larger Converge360 Marketing group, which is an exciting, fast-paced environment where many new initiatives are taking place and multiple projects are happening simultaneously.  This position requires someone who is accountable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and professional.
 
Essential Job Functions:
 

• Scrubbing leads and importing them into our Lead Collection system based on the campaign requirements.
• Ensure leads have been delivered to their recipients on a timely basis.
• Manage the leads for multiple campaigns at a time (typically 30-60 campaigns at any given time).
• Work with Sales and Marketing to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
• Update reports with the latest metrics.
• Retrieve lead and/or campaign data as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned, directed or requested.

 
Required:

• Entry level position; minimum high school diploma
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication skills. 
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workflows.
• Able to stay positive with a cool head.  We are a positive team with a “can do” attitude.  It is important to not get flustered (or do and not be afraid to ask for help!)
• Results-oriented.  Nothing matters more than results.  If you love to crank through tasks and head home with a feeling of accomplishment, then you are for us!
• Desire to learn.  We are a team that loves to learn and grow together.
• Familiarity and comfort with IT technology.  Our clients are in the IT space so having a basic familiarity with IT terms and technologies is needed.
• Experience with any of the following technologies is a plus: Sitecore, On24, HTML/Dreamweaver.
• Experience with email marketing and audience targeting is a plus.
