Job Description

The 160/90 office environment is informal, but highly professional, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative. Each staff member is part of the team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities Account Coordinators are instrumental in the execution of client programs and are a critical part of our team. The individual will support Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Director and VP, Brand Management in day-to-day project tasks, and work to ensure that our programs and projects are running smoothly. The Account Coordinator will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment where every day is different. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, flexible, hard-working and committed to providing exceptional service and work for our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Director and VP, Brand Management across primary clients in all areas including (but not limited to) administrative tasks, task management, project timelines, creative development, research, budgeting, management of account financials, etc.
  • Manage ongoing communication with internal team, clients and vendors (i.e., status reports, call recap reports, timelines, project status updates, etc.)
  • Extensive working knowledge of Excel and ability to utilize pivots tables, formulas and the full product offering to analyze sales data, budget spending and tracking, etc.
  • Presentation Management (in PowerPoint, Keynote and/or Google Docs) that includes crafting a storyline for both new and existing client projects
  • Ownership of objectives and progress reporting communication for assigned programs (in conjunction with client and project team)
  • Work within and develop timelines for projects
  • Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients, as well as all internal team members and departments
  • Maintain complete and updated program files with all project details and information
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our industry, products and services, as well as those of our competitors and clients
  • Ability to project manage that includes building of timelines, tracking against deliverables and holding team members accountable to complete the project
  • Meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, report on key accounts
  • Work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients.
  • Other job-related duties as specified by your manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

  •  An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college. Agency Experience is a plus.
  •  Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Docs.
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Comfort with presenting and speaking to clients.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks.
  • Problem-solving in complex situations.
  • Pleasant, positive attitude.
  • Self-starter – ability to recognize areas of needs and make recommendations
  • Time management – ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks.
