160over90 is seeking an Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s activation programs across New York Fashion Week and Hudson Yards. Position will report to the Senior Account Director and can be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York.

Core Hudson Yards responsibilities include:

  • Provide a preliminary point of view and initial filter, as well as consult on all Hudson Yards inquiries as needed
  • Balance and nurture key property relations to keep client long-term options open
  • Identify, prioritize and maintain cardholder and/or client benefits
  • Work with property to establish, update and maintain client onsite POS and branding
  • Ongoing exploration of property strategy based on client needs
  • Attend client events, as necessary

Core New York Fashion Week responsibilities include:

  • Provide a preliminary point of view and initial filter, as well as consult on all property inquiries as needed
  • Balance and nurture key fashion relations to keep client long-term options open
  • Identify, prioritize and make recommendations for mutually agreed upon number of cardholder and/or client benefits
  • Work with property to develop and implement client on-site presence and experiential activations(s) at Spring Studios
  • Ongoing exploration of New York Fashion Week strategy based on client needs
  • Attend client events, as necessary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience (specific disciplines could include sponsorship marketing, event marketing, property public relationship and/or sponsor servicing)
  • Ability to manage the development and implementation of marketing strategy on behalf of client or company
  • Ability to manage day-to-day relationships with client and agency(s)
  • Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
  • Experience working with internal teams (account/creative) as well as other agency partners
  • Superior client relationship/service skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel ~10% of the time
  • Exceptional in MS Office Suite
  • Experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plus
