Job Description

We are looking for an Account Supervisor who will lead an account team and work directly with Senior Leadership team to deliver best in class client service for one of our top clients.  In this role, you should be an excellent communicator and effective leader, who can supervise multiple programs and team members.

The IMG LIVE office environment is informal, but highly professional, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative. Each staff member is part of the team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities.

.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Support the account’s Senior Leadership Team by developing proactive, solutions-oriented strategies to leading our client’s business
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
  • Complex project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage priorities, set and meet deadlines and manage budgets for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables
  • Manage ongoing communication for all relevant projects with internal/external stakeholders (i.e., status reports, call recap reports, timelines, project status updates, etc.)
  • Well established collaborator who has demonstrated the ability to work with internal/external stakeholders to produce quality output in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and strengthen client relationships through leadership, relationship building and strategic program development
  • Strategic ability to conceive, develop and implement programs that build client brand and provide a foundation to drive client business growth
  • Deliver measurable results to the client and provide post-event reporting and ROI analysis
  • Ensure financial management of the account meets agency standards
  • Position yourself as a leader within the team and company to help lead growth and development of overall organization
  • Apply best practices and learnings from previous projects to elevate performance level
  • Ensure account team is continually updated on all relevant programs, including successes, issues, concerns or feedback
  • History of resolving problems and ensuring projects are delivered timely and as expected

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 to 8 years in marketing, communications, advertising, project/program management and team management
  • Motivational leadership, inspiring team to deliver top performance against assigned business
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
  • Quick learner with skills to swiftly learn and comprehend the complex entertainment industry
  • Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment
  • Previous experience developing training materials, presentations and programming for corporate/sales audience a plus
  • Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required
  • Must have professional appearance and persona with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
