Peer Advocates serve as a role-model for individuals facing substance exposed living and are in varying phases of recovery. In this role, you would follow 180 Health Partners’ guidelines in planning care, assessing client needs, and completing screenings. You also would refer clients to resources as needed, and coordinate with the 180 Health Partners’ team, primary care providers, managed care organizations, and community agencies to provide quality care for our clients. Non-certified peers are eligible to receive support from 180 Health Partners to become a State of Tennessee Certified Peer Recovery Specialist.
