2-10 HOME BUYERS WARRANTY Inside Sales Rep - Direct Sales Salary in the United States

2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, the leader in the Home Warranty industry, is seeking an energetic Inside Sales Rep who will support the direct-to-consumer sales initiatives for a growing national home warranty company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Directly contact and sell prospects over the phone and through email – expect over 100 dials
• Able to overcome resistance, objections, reluctance of various lead types
• Take immediate ownership and accountability for converting leads to customers – speed to call is necessary
• Lead management activities include daily and weekly follow-up to meet and exceed sales targets
• Document and track all activity within SalesForce.com
• Drive to make each sales day and opportunity better than the previous day
• The ability to learn quickly with high-energy and a drive to succeed

• The versatility to be a team player, and competitive/effective enough to be an individual contributor motivated to exceed your monthly sales quota
• A strong passion to help others and communicate the value of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty resulting in closed sales
• Success in this role demands self-discipline, tenacity, and enthusiasm when dealing with prospects and renewal based customers
• This role requires a blended approach to achieving sales targets from both inbound and outbound calling and an assertive closing sales approach
• This role may also perform hybrid sales duties to include renewal sales, customer retention initiatives and sales mentorship for newer reps

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Successful sales employment history with a record of accomplishment of success in previous sales positions
• Ability to sell over the phone in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
• Consultative and collaborative selling skills
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based applications such as SalesForce.com
• Basic experience with real estate, home building, or insurance highly desired
• Position requires ability to sit for extended periods of time in an office environment
