Learn to master your skills and explore your potential in this 8-week program. We make it a point to ensure our interns leave with a few extra tools in their proverbial tool belts. Each week, we train our interns on something new by means of sessions and panels, in addition to a summer-long project.  

LET’S GET REAL.
You won’t be fetching coffee or making copies. We’ll treat you with respect like any other employee. This isn’t spec work. You’ll be working with real clients, producing things we actually need every day. 

GO-TO GURUS.
You’ll be paired with a mentor to learn from. They’ll help you grow and uncover your passions in this industry. A real-life work mom or dad who’ll give you high-fives and tell you you’re special.

You are always ready for more. You build strong relationships easily, and you understand the importance of keeping them. You speak the language of every department and know how to translate that to any client. You juggle multiple projects at once while keeping a cool head - even when plans change suddenly. You know to help and support your team while also keeping the client happy. You keep the gears of the agency moving.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

ACADEMIC

Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time)

A minimum 3.0 GPA required

Previous internship experience preferred

PROFESSIONAL

Ability to manage and multitask multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail

Strong interest in following and tracking industry trends 

Capacity to learn and apply new concepts in a dynamic environment quickly

Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team

Exceptional problem-solving abilities; resourceful and willing to identify opportunities for improvement 

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
