2HB Incorporated is seeking a Certification and Accreditation Certification Officer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. The program’s business environment is fast-paced and dynamic. The program maintains a network, records system, and other analytical applications to collect and analyze data on the program’s business operations. The program requires expertise that will develop capabilities to improve data discovery and data visualization.
Work Requirements:
- The candidate shall work with program to maintain and implement a strategy for appropriately securing sensitive application, administrative and program data.
- The candidate shall address enterprise auditing requirements.
- The candidate shall provide the appropriate documentation required for the A&A process.
- The candidate shall submit appropriate documentation to program for prior approval.
- The candidate shall coordinate activities to make sure that mission applications are available to utilize for investigations and assessments.
- The candidate shall develop and prepare required artifacts for certifications and accreditations submissions in accordance with regulations.
- The candidate shall use the program’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) to successfully obtain system accreditation.
- The candidate shall utilize XACTA to adhere to accepted assessment methodologies and standards.
- The candidate shall interpret Nessus vulnerability scans and remediate.
- The candidate shall perform security analyses of network architecture and provide guidance in the development of functional requirements
- The candidate shall coordinate accreditation and certification activities with other stakeholders.
- The candidate shall maintain baseline functional specifications and standards for deployed systems.
- The candidate shall maintain baseline technical specifications and standards for deployed systems.
- The candidate shall coordinate with stakeholders to ensure problem and issue resolution.
- The candidate shall manage and update the master support schedule.
- Demonstrated experience understanding Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Demonstrated experience navigating RMF processes in order to achieve Authorization to Proceed.
- Demonstrated experience understanding AWS
- Demonstrated experience with the full software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience operating vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus, Webnspect, and AppDetective, and analyzing the results produced by those tools.
- Demonstrated experience understanding the system development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience understanding systems development data requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing systems and networks for development.
- Demonstrated experience with documentation preparation for systems development.
