The Academics team is looking for a talented and organized Program Support Specialist who can demonstrate effective communication, problem solving, and technical review skills to support a dedicated team of content developers supporting our customer facing online programs. In this capacity, you’ll be responsible for keeping a living curriculum up-to-date for thousands of students and instructors across the country. We need someone with an infectious enthusiasm for continual improvement and an ability to manage a lively community of professionals.

The role will work directly with our Program Support Manager, Lead Curriculum Engineer, and Curriculum Manager to help support content development, curriculum maintenance, instructional staff assistance, and operational updates with stakeholders across the business. 

This is a fully remote position, but to encourage team connectedness (e.g. ease with getting to team off-sites etc.) we prefer to hire individuals within 50 miles of one of our office locations.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Provide quality assurance for our in-person courses and support change management operations as we continue to enhance our in-person product
  • Provide quality assurance for our online courses on the Canvas platform and support change management operations as we continue to enhance our online product
  • Support internal employees with knowledge/access requests
  • Work with the Program Support Manager to support an internal feedback channel with instructors, student success managers, and teaching assistants
  • Use analytics to identify areas of improvement within the curriculum to enhance the student experience
  • Provide project management support for the curriculum team
  • Assist with supplementary content creation, resource creation & curation, & coordination between internal production teams
  • Facilitate & support the piloting of new content in our curriculum to ensure we have a tight feedback loop into the content creation process
  • Provide quality assurance for new content with consistent structure & brand guidelines across all stages of the content development process

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • Someone with a familiarity with Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, Networking, Coding and Application
  • Someone with a strategic mindset that is capable of identifying problems before they occur and providing solutions that are carried through to completion
  • Someone who demonstrates clear writing and communication abilities
  • Someone who demonstrates attention to detail as well as the ability to see/align with big picture goals/needs
  • Someone with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and learn new skills as needed
  • Experience with Canvas or another LMS a plus
