  • As a Training Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination of new hire and ongoing training programs and content for the Sales, Customer Care and other departments as needed.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Assist in onboarding of new hires and scheduling/coordinating new hire training classes.
  • Assist in maintaining materials related to new hire onboarding and training (Welcome letters, Class Syllabus, classroom learning activity worksheets etc…).
  • Assist with course and learning plan assignment, management, reporting and communicating results to DSMs and Customer Care Leadership.
  • Work closely with the Training Resources Manager to ensure all product, process and technology software resources are current.
  • Assist in the creation of learning content (instructional manuals, e-Learning modules. Training presentations etc…).
  • Document feedback and audit results to help the learning department identify strengths opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and post LookBook and other online information resource content (Polaris, Ceridian Dayforce etc…)
  • Stay abreast of 3 Day Blinds policies, processes, all LookBook updates related to product, process, etc.
  • Maintain positive and productive communication with Sales, Merchandising, Recruiting and Customer Care departments as well as fellow team members
  • Serve as a resource for specific issues while undertaking the appropriate steps to clarify and communicate to applicable team members
  • Understand and execute Company operating policies and procedures as outlined in Team Handbook and other related communications
  • Lead by example by consistently living our Core Values
  • Perform other duties as assigned

ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge MS Windows based platforms such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., with ability to learn new software programs.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Well organized with attention to detail and consistent follow through
  • Ability to complete all required duties in a thorough and timely manner

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office technology

PREFERRED

  • Experience in a sales/service organization
  • Experience with Learning Management System
  • Experience with E-Learning Software
  • Digital Workspace content coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • 1-5 years of instructional or technical writing
