We’re looking for someone who is not only great at creating digital media but lives to do it.  Someone who has a passion for creating visually engaging design for online channels. The person in this role will develop and create visual content that’s engaging and consistent with our brand for all digital channels including company websites, social media, blogs, online communication, email and other digital properties.  You will do this by:

• Taking direction from the Marketing Director and working with the teams, create digital assets for publication across the online channels.
• Staying current with technologies and trends.
• Work with the Marketing Director to ensure assets are aligned with personas and stages of the audience journey
• On occasion, work overtime or during non-peak hours to complete assignments
• Other duties as assigned

This is your job if you have:

• A passion for reaching company goals
• A flexible, creative design style to address multiple audiences while maintaining the brand
• Experience developing online ads, animated graphics, and social media posts
• Experience with video/sound editing

An ideal candidate has:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media or Fine Arts, preferred but not necessary.  We’re looking for talent not a piece of paper.
• Experience with Adobe Effects, Premiere Pro, and the entire Adobe Creative Cloud suite
• Skilled at photography and video shoots
• Experience with CSS, HTML, Wordpress
• Minimum of 3 years of creating digital media
• Awareness of UI/UX design principles
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Ability to transition from working collaboratively to minimum supervision
