About You

We are currently seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist to join the team. The CRO Strategist will work on a range of client projects in support of our broader team to contribute to and evolve our conversion research and testing services. Training will be provided for 3Q framework.

You’ll be responsible for:

 Conversion Research:  

  • Collaborate with CRO team on strategy and test hypotheses
  • Set up and collect research data
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research analysis and make presentation slides
  • Assist with creation of Testing Roadmap

 A/B testing:

  • Setup a/b tests and personalization campaigns
  • Support the quality assurance process to ensure tests render properly and that goals are tracking
  • Monitor live tests and pull results data
  • Create test plans that document all inputs for each client test


  • Manage agendas for weekly client meetings
  • Attend meetings and take notes
  • Present Deliverables
  • Manage follow up items in Asana (project management software)

You’ll need to have:

  • Passion for the field of conversion optimization
  • Strong communication skills – both written and oral
    • PowerPoint/GSlide experience creating well designed, organized, and strategic presentation
  • Reporting experience
    • Creating, analyzing, and reporting on data points
  • Previous market research experience
  • Detail oriented & organized
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Ability and strong desire to problem-solve
  • Positive attitude and is a self-starter
  • Ability to handle changing priorities
  • Time management skills
  • Efficient working style

Additional things that will impress us:

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with test setup, test quality assurance
  • Integration of data platforms, test launch
  • Experience managing post launch QA, results monitoring, statistical analysis of test results, assistance with test plans and test strategy, maintaining CRO roadmap documentation, providing reporting to account managers across accounts they are assigned.
