About You

The Data Technology Analyst, Decisions Sciences will be tasked with assisting with the management and implementation of web analytics and tag management platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to help support the team in the implementation, validation and ongoing support of various web analytics and tag management platforms.


  • Work closely with the Decision Sciences and Data Technology teams to assess and help define our client's measurement and technical data needs
  • Conduct web analytics platform audits for clients websites and present findings/recommendations to stakeholders in a well-designed, clear and actionable fashion
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive and clear client specific Solution Design Reference documentation for clients web analytics platforms
  • Assist in implement analytics implementations from the ground up for brand new websites as well as established websites that require tracking fixes and/or enhancements.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for questions regarding a client's analytics implementation.
  • Able to quickly familiarize themselves with a client’s implementations and field one-off questions regarding a client analytics implementation
  • Contribute to the Decision Sciences team’s approach and execution of ensuring excellent data quality assurance for all tracking and data implementations
  • Contribute to the company's knowledge base by creating and sharing case studies, POVs and seminar/conference summaries

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • 1-3 years of relevant tag management and web analytics implementation experience
  • Working (intermediate level) knowledge of web languages like JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with online measurement platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience with tag management platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Ensighten or Tealium
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Tealium Data Hub a plus
  • The ability and strong desire to think quickly with strong problem solving and technical analytic and communication skills
  • Ability to manage/complete multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with established deadlines
  • Requires excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
