About You:

The Head of Talent will lead all aspects of talent acquisition and talent development, working closely with leaders across the organization to foster best-in-class and innovative programs in the following areas: talent acquisition; management and leadership development; organizational development; career pathing; and succession planning. You will leverage data to measure the success of Talent initiatives on employee acquisition, development, retention, and satisfaction, as well as to identify areas of opportunity and proactively address future needs. The Head of Talent will also play a critical role in support of 3Q’s commitment to leading the industry in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Building a data-driven Talent organization, using key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of the company’s talent acquisition and talent development programs and to provide recommendations to leadership on areas of opportunity and growth, as well as reporting on market conditions, considerations, and impacts to the leadership team.
  • Developing a talent acquisition strategy to align with the overall growth of the business and talent framework and contributing to the creation of an organizational location strategy.
  • Partnering with leadership to anticipate and plan future hiring needs.
  • Creating and implementing best practices that improve hiring efficiency and both candidate and hiring team experience.
  • Directly managing and developing 3Q’s Talent Acquisition team and strategy, including hands-on work to create critical competency / job descriptions, develop search strategies, diversify the recruiting pipeline, and manage the full cycle recruiting process for selected reqs as needed.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, and processes to accelerate talent development, support future business initiatives, and increase employee engagement.
  • Building frameworks for career progression and professional development to engage and retain key talent at all levels, as well as succession planning.
  • Helping design and implement programs to develop and support emerging leaders in the organization, including a mentorship program.
  • Developing and owning an internship program to create opportunities for underserved populations to receive on-the-job training in digital marketing.
  • Partnering with People, Marketing, and Leadership teams to help 3Q continue to refine our brand as an employer of choice for candidates.
  • Researching and staying on top of new trends in talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Supporting 3Q’s DEI initiatives and ensuring all Talent programs align with our vision and values.

You’ll need to have:

  • 10+ years combined experience in the HR/Talent/People space, with a broad range of exposure to different aspects of People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Strategy
  • Minimum 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (in-house or agency)
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing and mentoring teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing best practices, efficiencies, and processes that can scale in a complex, fast-moving organization
  • Experience leveraging data to drive measurable results and guide decision making
  • Ability to develop high-level strategy without overlooking the tiny details
  • Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple and shifting priorities while delivering consistently high-quality results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to partner with, influence, and drive change at all levels of an organization
