About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Coordinator to play an essential role in 3Q’s success and continued growth.  In this role, you will help drive the recruiting process and ensure positive candidate experience. This is a highly collaborative role that will work very closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and candidates. You will need to pay excellent attention to details, have superior organizational and time management skills, the ability to communicate concisely and effectively, while juggling multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines. We are looking for someone who is a team player, shows initiative, and is able to navigate complex scenarios with a sense of urgency.                                                

 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating several phases of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone & video interviews; execute scheduling requests accurately within deadlines 
  • Providing updates to candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams regarding interview status 
  • Owning scheduling and coordinating, building relationships and liaising with partner agencies, & providing troubleshooting support across teams 
  • Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate diverse job boards, LI, websites, and university campuses
  • Coordinating implementation of innovative outreach programs in support of 3Q’s strategic DEI initiatives including but not limited to campus recruiting, internship program, community outreach, and diverse organizations 
  • Tracking large volumes of candidates through multiple stages of the interview process, including candidate communication, testing, screening, and scheduling in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Attending intake meetings, building out interview plans in ATS, and maintaining job descriptions and postings on various job boards, LI, and 3Q’s career page 
  • Assisting with team projects and initiatives, including data reporting and analysis, process documentation, interviewer training, new hire onboarding, and more
  • Maintaining the data integrity of candidates in the applicant tracking system (Jobvite); acting as a system administrator for our ATS, including ensuring database integrity and maintaining data
  • Pulling weekly, monthly, quarterly, end of year, and ad hoc reports related to talent acquisition as needed 

You’ll need to have:

  • At least 1-2 years’ of experience in a recruiting coordination role within a fast-paced, high volume environment  
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and diligent task follow-through with a high sense of urgency
  • Comfortable working with colleagues, and managers at all levels
  • Outstanding internal and external service orientation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly collaborative, with a strong team orientation
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems; experience with Jobvite is a plus
