4DV ANALYTICS is looking for a Program Management Assistant. The ideal candidate should have experience with data analysis, systems engineering, or technical program support experience related to IT systems, is organized and is a systematic problem solver. You will be working with the Program Manager in a devops environment supporting the definition of technical projects for the team while triaging based on mission priority.

You will interact with the Program Manager and customer staff on a daily basis and will have opportunities to contribute that are only limited by your desire, drive, and ability to learn. This position will require that you develop an end-to-end understanding of a complex multi-faceted, big data analytics, information technology system as rapidly as possible.

The successful Program Management Assistant should have a strong track record of technical or technical program support and must have a strong desire to significantly contribute to the system operations team, grow technically, and must be comfortable working directly with customer and program teams to meet the dynamic mission needs.

Position requires applicant must be a US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Desired capabilities:

• Technical analytic or technical program support experience
• Proven capability to systematically solve problems, evaluate technical systems and processes, rapidly develop project plans, and identify risks and dependencies
• Experience prioritizing projects and providing insightful status updates and documenting task/project details and progress
• Ability to review technical content with customers and program manager at weekly reviews; support monthly program reviews and quarterly program reviews with external partners and with the program manager
• Work with analysts, developers, system administrators, managers, and other team members on the program to identify and define new projects and tasks
• A college degree or equivalent experience or 4 years of applicable job experience
• Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph

Preferred (Not Required):

• Quantitative analytic skills; familiar with cost-benefit analysis
• Data analysis experience; familiarity with data cleaning or ETL
• Metric development and measurement and assessment familiarity
•  ​​​​PostgreSQL and other big data database management or usage experience
• Computer Science or Information Technology background or knowledge
