POSITION OVERVIEW The Floor Supervisor helps ensure all the daily tasks of the department get properly executed. This position requires a leader that has experience in every workstation of the department and strong cannabis knowledge. Priorities include providing full support to the team, assisting with rest/lunch breaks, communicating departmental updates, and executing all processes within the department. The Floor Supervisor will serve as one of the main points of contact for guest related inquiries (service and product feedback), product trends, and employee performance, and must collaborate with management to while help maintain a high team morale.
