    Manages all events for the Franchisee Engagement team. Develops and supports engagement activities that create opportunities to educate and improve the knowledge and effectiveness of Franchisee while analyzing emerging trends both within SEI and within the Franchising industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Event Planning, Franchisee Knowledge, Project Management, Communications• NBLC Dallas meetings /schedule ad-hoc conference calls as needed• Monthly calls for all committees/ Cross-functional support of departmental events• 7EE travel incentive• 7EE core team member• NBLC ad-hoc meetings• Maintain and update all NBLC membership lists• Execute and administrate the bi-annual NBLC application process• This includes fully reviewing the list and providing a list of recommended names for membership• Maintain and update all FOA and National Coalition Lists• Maintain Franchising site on store 7hub• Execute Franchising Anniversary process

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors/4 Yr Degree, along with 3+ years years of relevant experience• PMP Certification Preferred• Event Planning, Franchisee Knowledge, Project Management, Communications• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint Excel and Office Suite as well as systems management • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate to people from different culturalbackgrounds as well as Senior Leaders• Ability to analyze feedback and information to identify emerging trends.

    • Ability to analyze impact of messaging post delivery

    • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to review current process, make improvements, and ensureverification• Field Consultant Experience Preferred
