▶ About This Opportunity
The Business Process Program Manager is a key role within the Construction, Engineering, and Facilities (CEF) team responsible for process documentation, program level analytics, and consults on process improvement.Assess and mitigate gaps in existing processes and procedures posing risks to progress and sustainable business solutions. Develop, prepare and maintain documentation pertaining to business processes and systems operation. Research, review and collect available technical information as basis for documentation. Write and maintain end user documentation. Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyze program/project data as required and report on performance. Responsible for identifying negative performance trends and providing solutions to resolve. Make recommendations for process improvement. Support internal and external working teams on development of varying maintenace models. Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions.
Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 4-6 yrs, Program Management. Program Management-Requires understanding of Project Management lifecycle. Communication-Must support programs with the ability to clearly articulate any issues and recommend solutions.Manage execution-Must be able to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision. Analysis-Must demonstrate ability to present data in a clear format to identify trends. Technology-Must posses willingness and aptitude to learn company specific software programs.
