JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented individual to join our organization and work with our customers. The Client Relations Specialist will be the primary client contact after client on-boarding and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with the administrative aspects of doing business with 777 Equipment Finance. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Portfolio Update and Maintenance on LeasePlus
• Follow up on all outstanding client exceptions and inquiries daily
• Ensure the quality of customer relations and maintain a good rapport with customers
• Work closely with other departments including Portfolio Operations and Portfolio Management as Liaison to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Independently and effectively prioritize daily tasks and follow up on resolutions that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Leads a variety of customer services activities including but not limited to responding to requests, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues.
• Assists with additional duties as assigned.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

• Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, and the ability to run and analyze reports
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a professional manner
• Strong team player, works well in a collaborative environment
• Use proficiency in multi-tasking, prioritization and flexibility with changing business needs in a team environment
• Strong work ethic- Ability to work under minimal supervision, Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, dependable and self-motivated.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of LeasePlus/Aspire Lease Management Software
