Uown Leasing is looking for a professional Collections Team Lead who will help manage a team of Collectors. The ideal candidate will ensure that the company can fully recover assets or reinstate delinquent accounts. The ideal candidate would possess strong negotiating skill and knowledge of the collections process in a lease-to-own business model.
