JOB SUMMARY

777 Partners is looking for a Corporate Recruiting Coordinator to directly support the Senior Corporate Recruiter within the Human Resources team.  This is a global-facing position, supporting over 40 portfolio organizations with over 110 entities across seven unique verticals. The ideal candidate will have the desire to learn every aspect of our multi-platform business, a wonderful opportunity to join a private investment firm with a diversified growth strategy. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full-cycle recruitment support for all job requisitions across our entire portfolio of organizations
  • Meticulously track the status of candidates and job requisitions in our Applicant Tracking System and give regular updates to the hiring managers via phone calls or direct emails
  • Maintain, update, and distribute the weekly head-count report to our executive management team
  • Schedule all interviews across the entire firm for all open positions which consists of coordinating availability between the interview panel and candidates
  • Responsible for reserving travel arrangements, hotel/lodging, lunch plans, and coordinating any other candidate interview activity
  • Work with our in-house legal team to maintain, update, and generate new employment agreements ranging from standard employment agreements to complex executive-level compensations packages
  • Take a proactive approach with the entire onboarding process and suggest improvement where needed to ensure that each candidate has an exceptional new-hire experience
  • Draft and send out offer letters, perform all background and reference checks, collect all necessary new hire documentation, send out new-hire paperwork, and conduct new hire orientations
  • Liaise between our hiring managers, operations team, and information technology team to ensure each new hire has their necessary system access, hardware, building access, and appropriate ‘welcome’ gift for their first day
  • Consistently communicate with all new hires and hiring managers to give a status update of the on-boarding progress made on a case by case basis
  • Coordinate HR department meetings and organize meeting notes.
  • Participate in other HR related projects
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned and modified at the manager’s discretion

  • Must have the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of internal and external stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and has strong professional decision-making ability to escalate issues when needed
  • Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to solve issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work variable and flexible hours.
  • Effective people management skills with a high degree of professional acumen
  • Strong organizational skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree is required
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred with a discipline in, but not limited to: Communication, Marketing, English, Human Resources, Psychology
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a dynamic, high-growth environment; preferably within the financial services industry
  • Experience advancing applicant profiles and job requisitions through to closure in an applicant tracking system
  • 1-2 years of recruiting and/or human resources coordination is required
