Overview

We’re seeking a full-time Multimedia Design Associate to join our online marketing team. If you are a passionate, detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer interested in taking a deep dive into the world of online marketing, this is the place for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in the creation and development of Social Media Graphics, Videos, Animations, Banner Ads, Email Templates
• Assist in the development of online marketing campaigns
• Concept and develop creative ads while following brand guidelines and best practices

Must-Haves

• Strong portfolio
• Experience with After Effects
• Strong Adobe Photoshop CC skills
• Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
• Some Adobe Premiere skills
• Some Media Encoder skills
• 1+ years of digital design experience
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
• A passion for design and desire to learn new skills
• Experience working collaboratively with a talented team and independently

Nice-To-Haves

• 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency is preferred, however, we will consider recent graduates with strong portfolios and/or related internship experience
• Familiarity with Facebook Business & Google Ads platforms
• Knowledge and/or passion for social media, digital & mobile trends, and shareable content
• Familiar with HTML5 Animation
• Landing page design and development - HTML, CSS and WordPress

COVID Update

While our Back Bay office is open with social distancing and hygiene practices in place, the majority of our team is currently working from home. You can choose to work on-site or remotely for the foreseeable future. We do prefer candidates who will eventually work on-site in our Boston office.

While our office is open with guidelines for social distancing, hygiene and capacity, we are encouraging our team to work from home for the foreseeable future. We have no plans to require on-site work and have no limitations on working from home. We do intend to resume on-site work eventually when it is safe to do so.
