In order to be successful in this role you must have previous experience reporting web metrics based on E-Commerce traffic. We are building out our E-Commerce team and you must be comfortable working independently while reporting to management in San Jose California. Support worldwide eCommerce organization with periodic Salesforce/Tableau/other reporting as well as dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and any other metrics the business needs Leverage eCommerce data and analytics tools from Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Tableau, Treasure Data, and other data sources.  If you’re not an expert in all of these you will need to be comfortable getting up to speed and learning new platforms  Design and build data models including pipeline forecast, addressable market analysis, product upsells, and pricing elasticity to support an increasing scale in business/eCommerce sector Deliver monthly/quarterly quantitative and qualitative analysis of the business' financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce organization landscape and partner with sales leaders to align business and financial goals #LI-AS1 8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
