The 8x8 Professional Services team is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to help deliver successful unique customizations and 3rd Party integrations for the 8x8 product suite, including UCaaS, CCaaS and CPaaS. The PM will lead the services engagement and will work with the customer and our internal PS team of SW Developers, Solution Architects and Testers to deliver against the agreed upon SOW.   During the project, the PM will be responsible for defining roles and responsibilities, managing through dependencies, overseeing issue resolution, managing project financials including budget and actuals, hitting milestones on time, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a successful PM, you will develop and build healthy relationships with 8x8 customers, partners, and vendors in order to promote new and ongoing business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.   About our Team The 8x8 Professional Services team is passionate about delivering a cutting-edge product with white-glove service.
