We are looking for people who enjoy prospecting and piecing together information to find the decision-makers of a company. This role is entirely phone driven. Maybe you are used to cold calling into clients, the following news might come as a relief: We have a lead generation team that is working to provide you with "warm" leads to prospect into along with any additional cold calling you may pursue to expand your business. If you have a couple years of experience in a metrics-driven B2B relationship-building role we want to consider your experience. This role is M-F with some flex hours once trained. Compensation is base plus commission. We are seeking Account Development Representatives for 8x8 Inc in our New York office. In this role you will work closely with our Demand Generation Team to qualify campaign responders and hand-off to our Mid-Market Sales Reps. You will maintain a thorough understanding of 8x8 Inc.’s products and services, industry knowledge including competitive landscape, customers pain points and needs in order to properly position 8x8 solutions and qualify-in/qualify-out campaign responders. This is a high-energy position as goals are a high level of prospecting activities per day. This role requires an individual who is extremely positive, motivated, enthusiastic, results-driven, great attention to detail, is coachable and wants a career in Hi-Tech sales.
