The position will be responsible for all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving of packages, processing US Mail daily, inventory controls, receiving PO’s, equipment deliveries and pickups from employees homes.  Must be driven and self-reliant and able to change gears quickly to identify where their help is needed. Assist the Facilities team with stocking of break rooms, and ordering supplies. RESPONSIBILITIES •Manage all shipping and receiving duties daily •Strong knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL for domestic and international processing •Sort, deliver, and scan US mail daily •Maintain company stock room keeping it clean and organized •Keep files of goods received and shipped and prepare reports for management daily •Schedule large shipments and plan the logistics •Ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols •Must have clean driving record to operate company vehicle for deliveries  •Willing to drive to locations throughout the bay area •Asset inventory tracking and record keeping responsibilities •Receive PO’s into finance database system •Company vehicle maintenance  Requirements •4+ years of experience in Shipping & Receiving  •Warehouse skills and abilities for heavy lifting, forklift operation, palletizing and packaging •Able to lift 70 lbs •Strong communication and organizational skills •Ability to work independently •Analytical and problem solving skills •Proficient in using Google Docs, Gmail, Excel, Word and Powerpoint •Ability to prioritize workload from task queues based on delivery dates •Maintain flexible hours and work overtime as business needs require •Proficient with hand tools  8x8 is proud to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
