Responsibilities                                                                         

  • Serve as primary point of contact for complex project executions and deliverables
  • Manage project requirements, timelines, milestones, risk, and scope
  • Direct internal team members and creative resources while being mindful of bandwidth and workload
  • Provide project activity updates to internal teams and clients while managing expectations
  • Build strong relationships with both internal teams and clients, while learning about their business

Qualifications                                              

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business management
  • 2+ years managing digital production projects, preferably in an agency environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional team resources
  • Strong ability to communicate, earn team and client trust, reconcile conflict and solve problems
  • Experience with web and digital technologies and processes
  • Superb multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with competing needs
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Preferred Knowledge/Skills  

  • Web development experience and CMS experience
  • Marketing automation and salesforce automation
  • B2B and lead generation/nurture experience
